Refund Policy

BookOnZaatio is a ticketing facilitator. We enable ticket sales on behalf of independent Event Organizers ("Organizers").

Refund eligibility, approval, and conditions are determined solely by the Event Organizer, not by BookOnZaatio.

BookOnZaatio does not control event policies, pricing, scheduling, seating, or availability, and therefore cannot guarantee refunds unless authorized by the Organizer.

Each event listed on BookOnZaatio has a specific refund policy set by its Organizer. This may include:

• No-Refund Policy (most common for concerts and limited-capacity events)
• Conditional Refunds (e.g., partial refunds up to a certain date)
• Full Refunds under special conditions

These policies must be reviewed by the customer before purchasing tickets. BookOnZaatio will honor and enforce the Organizer's policy exactly as provided.

If an event is fully cancelled by the Organizer:

• You will be eligible for a full refund of the base ticket price, unless the Organizer specifies otherwise.
• BookOnZaatio will initiate the refund once we receive official confirmation from the Organizer.
• Refund processing timelines depend on the payment gateway and issuing bank.

If an event is rescheduled:

• Tickets may remain valid for the new date.
• Refunds may or may not be allowed—this is determined by the Organizer.
• BookOnZaatio will communicate Organizer decisions to customers through email/SMS/app notifications.

The following charges are generally non-refundable, even when a refund is approved:

• BookOnZaatio service / convenience fees
• Payment gateway charges
• Taxes paid on service fees
• Any delivery or handling charges (if applicable)

If an Organizer chooses to absorb these fees, the refund amount may include them—this is at their discretion.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Mistaken purchases
• Wrong event/date/time selected
• Change of plans
• Personal scheduling conflicts
• Not attending the event

These are considered user-responsibility scenarios and are not eligible unless the Organizer explicitly allows it.

To request a refund:

1. Go to Your Bookings in the BookOnZaatio app or website
2. Select the relevant event
3. Choose Request Refund (only visible if the Organizer's policy allows refunds)
4. Submit any details required by the Organizer

BookOnZaatio will forward your request to the Organizer for review and approval. If the Organizer approves the refund, BookOnZaatio will process it within 7–14 business days.

Refund credit timelines vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment gateway, and volume of refunds during peak periods.

BookOnZaatio is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment gateway.

Refunds may be denied if:

• Suspicious activity is detected
• Multiple refund claims are made for the same ticket
• Tickets were transferred or resold unofficially
• The customer violates platform terms

BookOnZaatio reserves the right to block accounts involved in fraudulent activity.

Event Organizers are solely responsible for:

• Event changes, cancellations, and postponements
• Quality, safety, venue access, and scheduling
• Ticket pricing (BookOnZaatio does not determine prices)
• Honoring their published refund policy

BookOnZaatio acts only as a ticketing intermediary.

All refund-related final decisions rest with the Event Organizer.

BookOnZaatio facilitates refunds only after Organizer approval.
